This 5-1/4" (long) convenient ring clamp allows you to hold rings internally so that you are able to work on the outside of the ring easily. Simply unwind the fly nut in an anti-clockwise manner in order to loosen the metal taper in the center. Then, mount your ring on the opposite end. For securing the ring, turn the fly nut clockwise to tighten the taper. The four wooden jaws expand and put pressure on the inside of the ring, therefore making it ready to work on!
